Back in 2003 after years of discomfort whilst caravanning Liz & Alan
began to investigate whether a suitable "mattress topper" could be found to alleviate
their back pains and facilitate a good nights sleep in a caravan. Numerous materials, thicknesses and styles were tried and
discarded until the present products were perfected and the Raskelf
Portable Memory Foam mattress topper was
born. |

As they told others of their efforts enquiries began to filter back
"could a friend of a friend get hold of one?" The start of a
flourishing business began to develop from their living room and was
more successful than they could ever have imagined! The more products that were sold,
the more satisfied customers, the more the word spread, the more
enquiries resulting in the present demand. |

Using the concept of the Portable Memory Foam mattress topper (portable overlay) products were developed using memory foam for mattress toppers used in Boats, Motorcaravans and the Home, as they found
existing products on the market had inflated prices or inferior quality. Raskelf Memory Foam toppers dramatically improve the quality of any sleeping area. |

Early in
2005 Raskelf took the ingenious step of coupling the Portable Memory
Foam Overlays
with a Shaped Duvet and the Duvalay™
Patent Pending was created. Integrating
these two products provides an extremely comfortable and cosy sleep
system taking the concept of the sleeping bag into its next
generation, sales have already far exceeded their initial expectations.

Raskelf have recently introduced a
range of Memory Foam Dog beds.
These Memory foam dog beds offer the same
benefits to dogs as they do to you, and are especially
beneficial to older dogs with aching joints.
You would be pleasantly surprised how your dog will
be drawn to its bed as it becomes aware of the comfort it gives. |

A range of products is also now available to help
alleviate problems associated with condensation and damp.
Two Froli plastic spring systems are available. They
offer a lightweight solution to provide airflow around the mattress
which is essential to prevent damp. They also provide
additional cushioning from the springs.
A 15mm thick "dry mat" is also available.
This is very easy to fit and offers a cost effective solution to
damp or condensation problems. |
